Quinta do Portal is a family winemaking company producing Douro wines, premium Port Wines, fortified Moscatel wines, olive oil and craft beer.
The new winery project started in the early 1990 on the site of Quinta dos Muros, an estate producing Port Wines.
Quinta do Portal Cellars won the Douro Architecture Prize in 2011 and Best of Wine Tourism in Architecture and Landscapes category.
Quinta do Portal has a winery hotel Casa das Pipas and a highly regarded modern cuisine restaurant on site.

Wine tours are by appointment.
Along with the classic winery visit, Quinta do Portal offers port blending masterclasses, olive oil tastings in olive groves and wine tasting at a scenic point where you arrive by a 4×4.
