Cider (named sagardo in Basque language, which means apple wine) is one of the most traditional Basque drinks.

The magic that involves its production can still be found in cider houses (Sagardotegis, in Basque language) where, apart from tasting the most traditional cider house menu, you will be offered a guided tour of apple orchards.

On this tour, you will also visit the village of Hernani where cider culture is displayed in every corner. Transportation and lunch are included in this tour, with free flow cider included during lunch!
