Located on the limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion, Château Villemaurine benefits from an exceptional 18 acres terroir and reveals the secrets of its know-how.

The work of the vines over the seasons as well as the vinification and ageing process of Château Villemaurine wines are revealed to you through the discovery of the vineyard, the technical installations and the monolithic cellar of the property.

A tasting of the 2 wines produced at the winery concludes this tour (Grand Cru and Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Emilion).

High Season (Mid-April to end of October): upon reservation from Monday to Sunday

About

Chateau Villemaurine, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classe is one of the closest to the town of Saint-Emilion.

The name first appeared in the 7th century when the Moors set up a camp at a site initially called Ville Maure, which eventually became known as Villemaurin.

Today, the chateau is owned by the Onclin family.
