We visited a traditional Jerez winery, not the most famous, but one of the pioneers in producing the region's wines. They work with the Oloroso, Fino, Amontillado, Palocortado, and Cream varieties. These varieties are made with Palomino grapes. We did a tasting of four of their wines. We discovered that Mr. Del Pino was one of the first to start bottling Jerez wines instead of selling them in barrels. We enjoyed the guide who gave us background information and details about the Jerez winemaking process. An entertaining and highly recommended visit.

A winery steeped in history in Jerez de la Frontera, where we enjoyed a tasting with a guided explanation of its history. The explanation, the museum, and the wine were all excellent. A fantastic experience, 100% recommended.
