Château Branaire-Ducru is a welcoming Fourth Growth Grand Cru Classé located in Saint-Julien, between Pauillac and Margaux. Its location makes it an easy stop on a Médoc wine tour. Visits are well organized and provide introduction to the estate, its gravel terroir, and the refined Saint-Julien style.
The visit typically includes a guided tour of the winery and cellars, followed by a tasting. The château also features a wine shop, where visitors can purchase wines directly from the estate. International shipping is available, making it easy for guests to send bottles home after their visit.
Advance reservations are recommended, particularly during the busy months from spring to early autumn.
Yes, you can buy and ship wine to your home country (where shipping is possible).

4 months agoWe thoroughly enjoyed the château tour. The modern production facilities were truly impressive. Our guide, Davide, shared many interesting facts and led a tasting of some fascinating vintages. The wines were excellent, the château itself is beautiful and full of character. The only thing that seemed a little strange to us is that the château is not featured on the label of the main wine. Overall, a highly recommended experience.

6 months agoIt was a perfect experience with detailed introduction and patient explanation. The aged wine was rich and elegant in flavor, while the new wine was full of fruitiness. My family and I all fell in love with their wines.
