1855 Grand Cru Classe – 4th Growth, Saint Julien
The classic Bordeaux estate was established in 1680 by Jean-Baptiste Braneyre.
From 1988, the Maroteaux family has been working on high quality, complex wines characterized by pure, fruity aromas and freshness.
The winery is developing 60 hectares of vines, dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon.
Visits
By appointment.
From Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12.30 pm (the last visit at 11 am) and from 2 pm to 6 pm (the last visit at 4.30 pm),
and on Saturdays from April until the end of October.
