The bodega in Peñafiel is part of Vinos de La Luz, a winegrowing group with wineries in
Ribera del Duero, Tuscany, Mendoza and Santa María, California.
Built in Mélida de Peñafiel in 1980, the winery is surrounded by its own vines which express the best quality of the Tempranillo variety.
The winery produces both red wines of Ribera del Duero and white wines of Rueda.
Most of the wines in the collection are vegan.
Visits
The wine experience at the Bodega starts with a visit to the vineyards that surround the winery, and continues in the deposit room and the barrel room, and finishes with a tasting of three wines.
You can taste both the Tempranillos de la Ribera and the wines produced in the Argentine winery of Mendoza.
