About
Chateau Brane Cantenac has been producing wine since the 17th. In the 18th century, when the Gorce family developed the vineyards, the chateau became known for its high-quality wines.
Baron Hector de Brane known as “Napoleon of the vines” developed the terroir of Chateau Brane Cantenac since 1833. The chateau has become known as “the first of the second growths”.
Today, led by Henri Lurton, the chateau continues to produce wines of outstanding quality.

Monday – Friday (closed on public holiday and weekends)
9:30am – 12:30pm, and 2:00pm – 5:00pm
