This magnificent 19th century stone building stands on rue Marechal Foch, named after Ferdinand Foch, a Marshal of France.  Villas Foch is located in a bourgeois residential area just a few steps from the famous Place des Quinconces.

The building is the work of the famous Bordeaux architect Joseph-Adolphe Thiac, a creator of several monumental buildings in Bordeaux including Palais de Justice.

You will be in a very atmospheric setting of a historic elegant and luxurious Bordeaux house.  Cozy mansarded rooms with views on the roofs give a Parisian feel.  Suites are large and offer balconies.

There is a spa with a sauna and a wellness center right at Villas Foch.  Excellent choice!

Yndo Hotel has tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a short 5-10-minute walk from the city center.

It’s a 5-star hotel in a traditional French mansion reminding me of a classic Bordeaux chateau.

The interior design at Yndo Hotel mixes the classic French style of the building with contemporary furniture pieces by Tom Dixon and Hubert Legall.

My favorite place in the hotel is its quiet and stylish green courtyard.

Casa Blanca B&B is right next to the park, Jardin Public. You will be approximately 10 minutes away from the Grand Theatre of Bordeaux and only steps away from the historic district of Chartrons.

This area close to the Garonne river was a district of wine merchants, many of whom still have offices there.  There are several nice restaurants on the prettiest pedestrian street in Bordeaux rue de Notre Dame.

The family-owned boutique hotel, Casa Blanca has 5 large rooms, some have little patios.

The house is a 19th-century building renovated in 2016. It is possible to privatize the house for a large group.

I love the contemporary design of the hotel’s common areas, rooms, and particularly bathrooms.

Right next to Casa Blanca, is Maison La Course.

The Jardin Public neighborhood provides the city’s green fresh air, it’s an excellent location if you like jogging.  Five rooms with an outstanding design combining the bourgeois luxury of a Bordeaux mansion with colorful accents and details.

A suite with a terrace and a private pool overlooking the central part of Bordeaux is an unbeatable offer, especially in the summer.

This boutique hotel gets the best reviews in town for hospitality and an amazing breakfast.

A very small, charming hotel converted from an old house in the heart of the Bordeaux Gambetta district and in the walking distance to most Bordeaux sites and attractions.

There are 8 tasteful rooms and suites decorated with moldings and delicate fabrics. and a beautiful rooftop terrace with a terrific view of Bordeaux.

How about a stylish two-level apartment in the very heart of Bordeaux city center?

There are two apartments at Villa Reale, one of them can fit up to 6 people.

The design of the spaces is amazing and the location on the Place du Parlement is unbeatable.

La Maison Fernand calls itself an artisanal hotel. The rooms are unique, each having its character.  The hotel design was mentioned in several French design magazines.

At the hotel, indulge in a real French breakfast with viennoiseries and fresh bread, homemade jams, bordelais butter, fresh orange juice. Staff will accommodate your dietary choices.

Located in the heart of the pedestrian historical center near la Rue Sainte Catherine, Maison Fernand is a great base for exploring Bordeaux.
